STEVE KRAVITZ
President
Steve is the founder of The Loan Source Inc., licensed in 1994 as one of only 14 Small Business Lending Companies. Prior to forming The Loan Source, Inc., he owned and operated a Small Business Investment Company (also licensed by the SBA) and, prior to that, was an accountant. TERRI KRAVITZ
Executive Vice President
Prior to forming The Loan Source Inc. with her husband, Steve, Terri spent 16 years as banker at Citigroup wherein she lent to all the major brokerage houses. Terri performs/oversees the underwriting and loan evaluation functions of the company. Terri is one of two executives required to approve each loan.
